Excellent service from professional, helpful team on how to dismantle leaking tap and finding the correct new cartridge, dispatched and received in under 24hrs. IKEAs own technical team had advised that they could not supply spares for a 6yr old tap and local plumbing merchants couldn't help.

Disappointed with the product quality, the price was fairly high for one tap cartridge plus delivery and it only lasted 17 months and we have had to have it replaced already.
