If your tap is dripping or leaking out of the spout then it is time to replace / change the quarter turn ceramic disc cartridges.
The Franke cartridge has 28 teeth on the spline, and may be known by the following spare part references;
S1022, SP3561, 3561R, 1427R, 133.0438.152C, 133.0438.154H, 133.0069.364, 133.0069.365, 133.0194.088, 133.0194.089.

When you remove your old valve from the tap the bush usually remains inside the tap block however sometimes it comes out together with the valve.
If the valve is stuck inside the bush you can try to separate them.
If you are unable to separate the valve from the bush then you will need to purchase the valve together with the bush.
The Brass bush is known by code 3868R 133.0312.538.
If your tap is leaking from the neck (where the spout joins the tap body) then the seals inside the spout need replacing.
When you replace the new rubber seals they need greasing with a silicone grease.
The original O'ring kit is known by SP2300, 2300R.

How to remove the Franke Eiger handle/Lever:
Use 2mm allen key to undo screw holding handle on. Pull lever off.
Unscrew cover / shroud (anticlockwise). You can then use a 17mm or adjustable spanner to remove the cartridge.
How to remove the spout and replace the orings:
Use 2.5mm Allen key to undo screw at the back of the spout Pull spout up and out of tap body and replace o rings.
Apply suitable silicone grease to the new o rings.(replacementspout retaining screw SS06 (known by 133.0438.157).
