If your tap is leaking from round the neck (where the spout joins the tap body) then the seals inside the spout need replacing. You need to replace all parts from the O'Ring seal kit The original Oring kit is known by 1315R. You should apply silicone grease to the o rings before replacing the spout.
Cartridge has 20 teeth on spline. You will require our Anticlockwise open cartridge for the cold side, and clockwise open for the hot side, If you require both then you can select "Pair"
If your cartridge comes out attached to the bush then you need to try to separate this. If you cant separate the bush you will have to purchase a new bush (SB34-S)
