Our parts are compatible with Hansgrohe parts 96351000 96350000 Cartridge has 20 teeth on spline. How To remove the handle: Remove hot / cold indice from the top of handle. This will reveal a screw. Use crosshead screwdriver to undo to remove grub screw on the underside of the handle. The handle will then pull off and the shroud will unscrew. See diagram / instructions below for guidance.
