Tap Magician replacement spare parts to fit the Franke FILTERFLOW Olympus kitchen mixer tap 120.0615.445.

*This cartridge is NOT compatible with the TRIFLOW Olympus, the TRIFLOW version was discontunued in 2011. If you have this model you need our Q254LC.

Watch our video below for guidance / how to change your Quarter turn ceramic valves and Spout O Rings.

When you remove your old Cartridge / Insert from the tap the bush usually remains inside the tap block however sometimes it comes out together with the valve. If the valve is stuck inside the bush you can try to separate them. If you are unable to separate the valve from the bush then you will need to purchase the valve together with the bush.

The Franke cartridge may be known by the following spare part references; s1022 , SP3561, 3561R, 1427R, 133.0438.152, 133.0438.154, 133.0069.364, 133.0069.365 , 133.0194.088, 133.0194.089
The Brass bush is known by code 3868R

If your Olympus tap is leaking from the base of the spout where the spout meets the tap body (the neck) then you will need to replace the O Rings / washers inside the spout. The O'ring kit is known by original part number 1425R SP1425. The new seals will need greasing once they have been fitted with suitable silicone grease.

We now have tap handles / levers available (Supplied with handle screw). However these are only available to purchase together with our valve as they will not fit on your original cartridges. Please note they do not have H or C engraved on the handle (the handle is plain) Original handle / lever code 3011R

If you need a new aerator(end nozzle/anti-splasher) this is part SR02OL and is compatible with 3620R / SP3620 only currently available in chrome

You can find the Filterflow Olympus tap diagram/instructions below.

Franke Filterflow Olympus Frequently asked questions

How to I remove the Franke Filterflow Olympus tap handle?
Use 2mm allen key to undo handle. The grub screw is located on the underside of the handle.
You can pull the lever forwards to access the screw at the back if you need more space.
How do I know if need the adaptor bush?
Until you remove the cartridge from the tap you will not know if you need this part.
This is because sometimes the bush gets corroded to the tap and remains in the tap body, and other times it comes out corroded to the tap cartridge.

Can I remove the adaptor bush from the old cartridge?
Yes you can but it can be very hard to remove due to corrosion. You can try using very hot water, followed by cold water over it, to help break the corrosion seal. The bush unscrews from the cartridge anticlockwise. You will likely ed to use some grips or put it in a vice to remove it. If you cannot separate it you will need to replace the bush.

How do I remove the spout and replace the o'rings inside the spout?
Use 2.5mm allen key to undo grub screw at the back holding the spout in place. pull spout up and out of the tap body. You can watch our How to video above.
