Tap Magician compatible spare parts for the Bristan Artisan Professional Sink Mixer with Pull Down Nozzle AR SNKPRO C.

If your tap is dripping or leaking out of the spout then it is time to replace / change the quarter turn ceramic disc cartridges. Original spare part codes known by 3684R. Cartridges have 28 teeth on the splines.

Hot and cold replacement cartridges available.
You will require our Anticlockwise open cartridge for the cold side, and clockwise open for the hot side.

If your Artisan tap is leaking from the base of the spout where it meets the tap body, you will need to replace the O-rings.
The O-ring kit required is known by the original part number 1425R. Replacement O-ring kit code SK19-S.

If your sprayhead is leaking and requires a new aerator, you will need our part SR24C-S (Chrome).

We have compatible lever handles available for purchase. Please note that the style of these handles differs from the original, so both handles must be replaced together to ensure a matching set.

How to I remove the Artisan tap handle and replace the cartridge?
1. Use 2mm allen key to undo handle. The grub screw is located on the underside of the handle. You can pull the lever forwards to access the screw at the back if you need more space.
2. Pull Lever off.
3. Unscrew shroud anticlockwise.
4. Use 17mm or adjustable spanner to undo cartridge anticlockwise. Some water will seep out so keep a cloth handy.

How do I remove the spout and replace the o'rings inside the spout?
Use 2.5mm allen key to undo grub screw at the back holding the spout in place.
