If your Storm basin tap is dripping or leaking out of the spout then it is time to replace / change the quarter turn ceramic disc cartridges. You will require our Anticlockwise open cartridge for the cold side, and clockwise open for the hot side, If you require both then you can select "Pair". Original cartridges known by spare part codes SP3001 and SP3004. Cartridges are BSP 1/2" Quarter Turn 20 spline cartridge. How to remove the Storm basin tap handle lever and replace the cartridge? Before replacing the cartridge you will need to turn the water off. Step 1. Remove the handle retaining screw, using appropriate size Allen key (SK01-S). Step 2. Pull the handle away from the tap body. Step 3. Use 17mm or STBXOX-S to undo the cartridge (it will unscrew anticlockwise). Step 4. Fit new cartridge and replace the tap handle.
