How do I remove the handle and replace the cartridge on my Rak Dual Lever tap?
Turn water off before starting these steps.
1. Use 2.5mm allen key to undo grub screw.
2. Pull Lever off.
3. Unscrew shroud anti-clockwise
4. Your cartridge will either come out with or without the bush attached (see image above).
5. If the cartridge comes out attached to the bush you will need to separate this from the old cartridge**
6. Fit bush to cartridge if applicable.
7. Fit new cartridge in to the tap screwing it in clockwise.
8. Screw shroud on clockwise.
9. Fit handle

How do I remove the spout and change the Spout O rings?
1. Use 2.5mm allen key to undo grub screw at the back of the spout.
2. Pull Spout up and out of tap body.
3. Remove the two o rings from the bottom of the spout.
4. Fit New O rings.
5. Apply grease to new o rings.
6. Push spout firmly back into tap body
7. Tighten screw.
