If your Velino tap is dripping out of the spout then its time to replace the tap cartridges. Please note on this tap model you will require our "Red" Clockwise opening cartridge for your cold side, and our "Blue" Anticlockwise opening cartridge for your hot side.
There are several versions of this tap and also there are several other manufacturers of a tap which look identical to this. We therefore recommend removing the handle and checking you have this version. This cartridge is 20 spline, has no threaded section above the nut, and has an 11mm spline length.

How to remove the Lamona Velino tap handle lever:
Before replacing the cartridge you will need to turn the water off.
Loosen grub screw using a 2.5mm A/F Allen key. Pull the handle and colour indice away from the tap body.
