If your tap is dripping or leaking out of the spout then it is time to replace / change the quarter turn ceramic disc cartridges.
Original cartridge know by code 3819R.
Replacement hot and cold valves available.
Cartridge has 20 splines and is quarter turn.
You will require anticlockwise for the cold and clockwise for the hot.
Replacement aerator / flow straightener available. Product code SR22X (Chrome finish).

How to remove the Cooke and Lewis tap head/ handle?
Remove the hot and cold indice from the end of the handle. (Replacement indices are available if you break these)
Use a crosshead screwdriver to undo screw. Pull the lever off. You may need to use some force. You can then remove the tap valve using a spanner.
How do I replace the gatun tap cartridge?
First you will need to isolate the water.
Use 17mm or adjustable spanner to undo cartridge (it will unscrew anticlockwise).
Fit new cartridge and replace the tap handle.
