The cartridge has 20 splines. You will require our Anticlockwise open cartridge for the cold side, and clockwise open for the hot side.
If you require both then you can select "Pair".
When you remove your cartridge it may come out stuck inside the brass bush (original bush code 3409R).
If the valve is stuck inside the bush you can try to separate them.
If you are unable to separate the valve from the bush then you will need to purchase the valve together with the bush.
If your tap is leaking from the neck (where the spout joins the tap body) then the seals inside the spout need replacing.
When you replace the new rubber seals they need greasing with a silicone grease.

You can then use a crosshead screwdriver to remove the handle retaining screw.

How do I remove the spout and replace the o rings?
Unscrew locking collar at the base of the spout. Once unscrewed the spout will pull up out of the tap body.
